I'm Cllr Wilford Augustus, Fmr Mayor of Chesham, Councillor for St Mary’s Ward and Co-Founder of Chesham Town App, a free Digital Town Guide, promoting Chesham and local businesses.

My local priorities include supporting the revitalisation of our high street, digital transformation for local businesses, supporting development that’s in keeping with the charter of Old Town, and supporting positive initiates that dissuade anti-social behaviour. 

Beating the drum for Chesham, I believe being on the doorstep of London, arguably the greatest city in the world, makes Chesham an excellent location worthy of attracting inward investment and regeneration, a commutable destination for startups and innovation, an excellent destination for visitors to experience an untainted slice of our green and pleasant land, and most importantly, a welcoming community to live and raise a young family.
